1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Edlbet (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Account and Telegram Identity

Your account is tied to your Telegram identity. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for the security of your Telegram account and any connected wallet.

3. Gameplay and Fair Play

The Service provides skill-based and chance-based social games. Automation, multi-accounting, collusion, and exploitation of bugs are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and a ban.

4. Points, Payments and Payouts

Gameplay uses an internal points system. Points may be redeemed for TON blockchain assets where supported and subject to minimum thresholds. On-chain transactions are irreversible; you are responsible for providing correct wallet addresses.

5. Blockchain Risk Disclaimer

TON and other crypto assets are volatile. Network congestion, protocol changes, or wallet user error can cause loss of funds. The Service does not custody your wallet private keys.

6. Prohibited Jurisdictions

You may not use the Service where prohibited by local law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edlbet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
